Four Year Old Steals Neighbor's Christmas Presents While Drinking a Beer

I saw this on Drudge today, and it just leaves me speechless. Where to start..... Nope, still don't know what to say.

Bad parenting? Maybe, maybe not. I thought I had heard pretty much everything. I guess I was wrong. This really is a very sad story. I wish this young mother and her children the very best.
